This delicious Thai Chai begins with a base of Indian black tea that is accented with cinnamon, ginger, anise, cloves, black pepper and cardamom that yield soft creamy toffee notes. You may also enjoy this chai with a spoonful of sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon, ginger, anise, cloves, black pepper and cardamom
- Amount: 1 -2 level teaspoons / 8 oz. serving
- Water Temperature: 212 degrees F
- Steep Time: 3-4 minutes
